Emmanuel Lopez, also known as Motivatorman, resides in Toronto, Canada where he is a motivational speaker, movie blogger and social media marketer. After being diagnosed with clinical depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD), Emmanuel began to research the relationship between food and mood. He now finds joy in the journey of learning about new foods and supplements that can improve his mental health, from raw cheeses and raw sauerkraut to vitamin D in cod liver oil and magnesium supplements.
In this recent fireside chat with Emmanuel, he shares how eating with intention has had a positive impact on his own mood and how he has been using food to manage his mental health during Covid-19.
